Using Academic Search Complete
On the EBSCO search page, Darla types in her keywords "cheesemaking" and takes care that she checks the box that says "Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals." Following her professor's advice, Darla does NOT check the box to limit results to "Full Text" because some articles found in EBSCO without full text may be available in full text from another database the WSU library has access to.
After clicking the search button, Darla notices that the left side of the results page features a Subject Thesaurus to help her find some other keywords to use for researching the topic.
